1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India
- Metro cities and major towns receive priority delivery
- Remote areas may have extended delivery times
- We use trusted courier partners for reliable service
International Shipping:
- We ship to select international destinations
- Contact us for international shipping rates and availability
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- International orders may take 10-21 business days
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
- You will receive order confirmation email immediately after placing order
- Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once dispatched
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- State Capitals & Major Cities: 4-6 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery:
- Available for select pin codes
- Delivery within 2-3 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location
- Free shipping available on orders above certain value (check current offers)
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Remote area deliveries may incur additional charges
- Wholesale orders have different shipping terms
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be sent via email and SMS
- You can track your order using the AWB/tracking number
- Real-time updates available through courier partner's website

6. Packaging
- All products are carefully inspected before packaging
- Products are packed in protective material to prevent damage
- Sarees are folded and packed in premium packaging
- Invoice and care instructions included with every order
- Eco-friendly packaging materials used wherever possible
7. Delivery Procedure
- Courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
- Signature confirmation required for high-value orders
- If delivery fails, courier will make 2-3 attempts
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- You will be notified of failed delivery attempts via SMS/email
- Contact the courier partner to reschedule delivery
- After 3 failed attempts, package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
- Re-delivery charges apply if you want the order reshipped
9. Address Accuracy
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
- Include landmark, contact number, and alternate phone number
- Address cannot be changed once order is shipped
- Wrong address delivery is not covered under returns
- Contact us immediately if you entered wrong address
10. Delivery Issues
Damaged Package:
- Check package condition before accepting delivery
- Refuse delivery if package appears severely damaged
- Take photos if you notice any damage
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We will arrange for replacement or refund
Missing Items:
- Verify package contents immediately upon delivery
- Report missing items within 24 hours
- Provide photos of received items and packaging
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
11. Delays
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
- Festival seasons may experience longer delivery times
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control
- Contact us if your order is significantly delayed
12. Wholesale Shipping
- Bulk orders are shipped via cargo or dedicated transport
- Delivery timeline: 5-10 business days depending on location
- Shipping charges calculated based on weight and volume
- Door-to-door delivery or pickup from transport hub (as per agreement)
- Special packaging for bulk orders to prevent damage
13. Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned due to incorrect address or refused delivery
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
- You can request re-shipment by paying new shipping charges
- Unclaimed packages will be refunded after deducting charges
