1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges
• Cancellation requests must be sent to weavaethnichandlooms@gmail.com or call +91-9836052158
• Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

After Shipment:

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
• You may refuse delivery and initiate a return instead
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging and invoice must be included
• Product should not have any stains, alterations, or damage
• The saree must not have been washed or dry cleaned

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Products without original tags or invoice
• Bulk or wholesale orders (different terms apply)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged product
• Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage
• We will arrange for free pickup and replacement or full refund
• Minor variations in handloom products are not considered defects
• Color variations due to screen display are not grounds for return

4. Wrong Product Delivered

• Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product
• We will arrange for pickup at no cost to you
• Correct product will be shipped immediately
• If the correct product is unavailable, full refund will be processed

• Keep tracking information for your records

6. Refund Process

• Refund will be initiated after product inspection (2-3 business days)
• Refund amount will be credited to original payment method
• Processing time: 7-10 business days from refund initiation
• You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is defective

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Same conditions as returns apply for exchanges
• Exchanges must be of equal or greater value
• Price difference must be paid for higher value items
• Only one exchange is allowed per order

8. Wholesale Orders

• Bulk orders have different cancellation and return terms
• Cancellation charges may apply based on order status
• Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
• Custom wholesale orders are non-returnable
